Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our electrical products in the UAE and GSC (Gulf Cooperation Council) markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the electrical industry (switches, circuit breakers end etc) , proven business development skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the UAE and GSC markets.
– Develop market entry strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
– Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets for electrical products in the assigned regions.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Relationship Management:
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
– Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market presence and increase market share.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Contract Negotiation and Management:
– Lead negotiations for contracts, agreements, and partnerships with customers and partners.
– Ensure all contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
– Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

- Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the electrical products industry.
– Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies in the UAE and GSC markets.
- Industry Knowledge:
– In-depth understanding of the electrical products market, including key players, products, and regulatory environment.
– Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in the electrical industry.
- Business and Sales Skills:

– Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
